  • We do not do custom cuts on 1/4 beef and you will receive a variety of cuts.  

    Roughly speaking:

    • Half will be ground and stew.

    • Quarter will be roasts (chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip etc.)

    • Quarter will be steaks (sirloin, prime rib, T-bone, filet mignon, tenderloin etc.)

  • Price is calculated from final hanging weight that ranges between 145 and 180 pounds. Each pound is $5.75 making the estimated final price range between $833.75 and $1,035. 

    After the final weight price is determined, Stillwater Creek Farms will deduct your deposit and send you a receipt of your purchase. 

  • Final weight price does not include processing, cut & wrap fee that ranges depending on your order and starts at $1.35 per pound, which will be due to the processor. 

  • Your beef will dry age for 21 days before being processed. Orders are typically ready for pickup/delivery about 3 weeks after initial processing date and then Stillwater Creek Farms will reach out to you to set up your pickup/delivery time.
